At Sunset Hills Dressage, we custom design our training programs and services to meet the unique needs of each horse and rider. We are passionate about helping you meet your dressage goals.
TRAINING
Kim believes in taking the long view in training, customizing her approach to what each horse uniquely needs. From young horse to FEI, she believes in taking the time to build a strong foundation of the basics, always listening to the horse and keeping the training positive. This allows the horse to progress more quickly, because having mastered the basics, the movements are not as difficult.

Ron purchased Sunset Hills Farms in 2016 after being charmed by the beauty of the estate. Not being a rider himself, he quickly fell in love with horses and the dedication required to develop them for sport.
TERRI
Private Sponsor of Kim McGrath
Terri is an American breeder of Dutch Warmbloods. Her foundation mare Zilarda C by Florencio is out of Liwilarda by Goya who also famously mothered Verdades ridden by Laura Graves. She spent most of her career as a broodmare producing foals but began her sport horse career in 2017 and is currently competing FEI. Terri is a longtime lover of the sport of dressage and rides every step with Kim McGrath from the ground.
